10ft Storage Container
A 10ft shipping container/storage container is considered a standard container. Standard shipping containers/storage containers are 9'4 tall on the exterior. The container is comprised of 14-gauge corrugated steel panels throughout. It has lockable double doors on one end. It is equipped with 1-1/8” thick marine plywood flooring on the interior. Although the 10ft storage containers are considered a standard container, their size makes them a bit more specialized. They do not get utilized in shipping service, as the larger containers do. Therefore, they are shipped in a different manner and are only available in new or “one-trip” condition. A new or “one-trip” container is not used in shipping service and is only shipped once (from the factory to the USA). A 10ft shipping container is a great option for customers with limited space on-site. They can easily be maneuvered and delivered to residential locations, retail strip malls, convenience stores, or just about anywhere that space is a premium. The 10ft storage container easily fits in a single parking space or driveway. A 10ft shipping container can be transported and delivered on a much smaller and more maneuverable vehicle than the larger container sizes.

10 foot shipping containers have a weight of around 2,200 lbs. On the interior, they have the shipping container dimensions of 9'4 feet long, a width of 7'8-1/8", and a height of 7'9-5/8". The door opening is 7'8.5" wide and 7'5.75" tall.

Standard ISO shipping containers are 8ft (2.43m) wide, 8.5ft (2.59m) high and come in two lengths; 20ft (6.06m) and 40ft (12.2m). Extra tall shipping containers called high-cube containers are available at 9.5ft (2.89m) high.

45ft High Cube Storage Container
High-cube containers are similar in structure to standard containers, but taller. In contrast to standard containers, which have a maximum height of 2591 mm (8'6"), high-cube containers are 2896 mm, or 9'6", tall. High-cube containers are for the most part 40' long, but are sometimes made as 45' containers.A number of lashing rings, capable of bearing loads of at most 1000 kg, are mounted on the front top end rail and bottom cross member and the corner posts.Many 40' containers have a recess in the floor at the front end which serves to center the containers on so-called gooseneck chassis. These recesses allow the containers to lie lower and therefore to be of taller construction.

They are 1ft taller than standard height containers. They are also 8ft 6in wide, making them 6in wider than standard containers as well. The container is comprised of 14-gauge corrugated steel panels throughout. It has lockable double doors on one end. It is equipped with 1-1/8” thick marine plywood flooring on the interior. Unlike 20ft and 40ft shipping containers | storage containers, 53ft shipping containers | storage containers are not utilized for international shipping. They are used primarily for domestic over the road and rail service. 53ft high cube shipping containers | storage containers are perfect for commercial, industrial and rural storage applications.
